Please note this policy applies to all purchases made from VaultCargo.com. If you made your purchase through a 3rd party vendor, such as Amazon or Walmart, you will need to complete your return through the vendor you purchased from.
- If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or receive the replacement.
- You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it. We have 30-day money back guarantee.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please include the original packing slip along with returned product.
Can I return something I received as a gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Damaged or Missing Items
- When you receive your order, please inspect all of the products immediately. If a product is damaged or missing, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org right away so we can reship your products to you.
- We will only be able to reship your order if is less than 30 days old. We would appreciate it if all the packaging materials were saved for carrier inspection.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Order Cancelation Policy
- Most orders will ship the same-day or within one business day. If you contact us before shipment of your order, you may cancel your order.
- If your order has already been shipped, we cannot cancel your order. You may return it within 30 days.
If for some reason you refuse the delivery and your order is returned back to us, you will be refunded the total price of the product.
- If the shipping address that you originally provided to us is an undeliverable address and your package is returned to us, you can be credited the total price of the product.
- Alternatively, we can reship the product to you once we update your shipping address or shipping method, however, you will be charged extra for the shipping expense.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
